You are going to make a return of certain item(s). Now we have a specified procedure to follow. It means that you need to register your return online.
To do so, please log in here. You will use your email address and the correspondent order number.

How to return the items?

1. Register online return

Please go to To proceed you will require the order number and the email address related to the order. Select the item you want to return or exchange. Then choose the return reason from the options offered. If needed, write down a more detailed comment on the return reason.
Proceed to the cart and complete your return or exchange. You will receive a confirmation email when everything is done.

2. Get return documents

You can download a set of return documents (a form and a label) following the link in the email you received. You need to print it out to enclose with the return. We’ve been working on the solution to avoid printing the papers out, but for now it’s the most efficient and fastest way to make and process a return.

3. Pack items

Please pack each item in the original packing that the goods arrived in, and make sure all the tags and labels remain attached to the product. You can use the original parcel package to pack the items you wish to return or exchange. Put all return document inside the package, then stick the printed return label onto the top of the box or package.

4. Send the package back

When you’re done with all previous steps, you are ready to deliver the return package to the closest pick-up point of give it to a selected carrier. It will take us from x up to y days to receive your package in our warehouse. When the return arrives and the parcel is processed, you will be immediately notified via email about your return acceptance.
